3. Service Appointments & Booking

• Clients must provide accurate contact and property details.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

Clients must ensure:

• Safe access to the property.
• Utilities (water, electricity) are available.

• Clear instructions are provided for entry if the client is not present.

4. Pricing & Payments

• Pricing is based on property size, service type, condition, and specific requirements.
• Final pricing may vary if actual conditions differ from initial description.
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

• Late payments may result in additional fees.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may incur a cancellation fee.
• Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the service fee.
• If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time, a service fee may apply.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Disclose any hazards, damages, or fragile items.
• Secure valuables prior to service.

• Pre-existing damages.
• Damage caused by normal wear and tear.

• Items not secured or improperly mounted.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

• You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
• We may inspect and re-perform the service where appropriate.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion.
